Thomas: Heute bin ich glücklich und zufrieden. Ich bin froh, dass alles gut lief.
Thomas: 今天我很开心也很满意。我很高兴一切顺利。
Thomas: Today I am happy and satisfied. I am glad everything went well.

Dorcas: Ich bin begeistert, stolz auf dich und interessiert an deinem Projekt.
Dorcas: 我很兴奋，为你感到自豪，也对你的项目很感兴趣。
Dorcas: I am excited, proud of you, and interested in your project.

Thomas: Ich war neugierig, jetzt fühle ich mich motiviert, entspannt und ruhig.
Thomas: 我原本很好奇，现在我觉得很有动力，也很放松和平静。
Thomas: I was curious, now I feel motivated, relaxed, and calm.

Szene 2: Am Abend nach der Arbeit

Dorcas: Ich bin müde, fast erschöpft. Heute war ich gestresst und etwas nervös.
Dorcas: 我很累，几乎精疲力尽。今天我压力很大，还有点紧张。
Dorcas: I am tired, almost exhausted. Today I was stressed and a bit nervous.

Thomas: Ich war aufgeregt, aber auch gelangweilt in der langen Besprechung.
Thomas: 我很激动，但在冗长的会议里也觉得无聊。
Thomas: I was excited, but also bored in the long meeting.

Dorcas: Danach war ich traurig, manchmal sogar depressiv und enttäuscht.
Dorcas: 后来我有点伤心，有时甚至有些抑郁和失望。
Dorcas: Afterwards I was sad, sometimes even depressed and disappointed.

Szene 3: Wenn es Konflikte gibt

Thomas: Manchmal werde ich verärgert, wütend oder sauer.
Thomas: 有时我会恼火、愤怒，甚至有点生气。
Thomas: Sometimes I get annoyed, furious, or mad.

Dorcas: Ich fühle mich ängstlich und besorgt, manchmal unsicher.
Dorcas: 我会害怕和担心，有时不太自信。

Thomas: Früher war ich schüchtern, manchmal verlegen oder peinlich berührt.

Szene 4: Positive und negative Einstellungen

Dorcas: Ich bleibe hoffnungsvoll, zuversichtlich und optimistisch.
Dorcas: 我保持希望，乐观自信。
Dorcas: I stay hopeful, confident, and optimistic.

Thomas: Ich war manchmal pessimistisch, skeptisch, sogar eifersüchtig oder neidisch.
Thomas: 我有时会悲观、怀疑，甚至有点嫉妒或羡慕。
Thomas: I was sometimes pessimistic, skeptical, even jealous or envious.

Dorcas: Trotzdem bin ich dankbar, rücksichtsvoll, freundlich, nett und höflich.
Dorcas: 但我依然心怀感激，体贴、友好、善良、礼貌。
Dorcas: Still I am grateful, considerate, friendly, nice, and polite.

Thomas: Manche Leute sind unfreundlich, unhöflich, gemein oder frech.
Thomas: 有些人不友好、无礼、刻薄或放肆。
Thomas: Some people are unfriendly, impolite, mean, or cheeky.

Szene 5: Charaktereigenschaften

Dorcas: Ich bin geduldig, aber manchmal ungeduldig.
Dorcas: 我有耐心，但有时没耐心。
Dorcas: I am patient, but sometimes impatient.

Thomas: Ich bin hilfsbereit, ehrlich, zuverlässig.
Thomas: 我乐于助人、诚实可靠。
Thomas: I am helpful, honest, and reliable.

Dorcas: Aber manche sind unehrlich, unzuverlässig oder zu locker.
Dorcas: 但有些人不诚实、不可靠，或者过于随便。
Dorcas: But some are dishonest, unreliable, or too laid-back.

Thomas: Ich bin entschlossen und ernst, aber auch lustig und witzig.
Thomas: 我很果断认真，但也有趣机智。
Thomas: I am determined and serious, but also funny and witty.

Dorcas: Du bist sympathisch, nicht unsympathisch. Mit dir ist alles chillig und cool.
Dorcas: 你很讨人喜欢，不会让人反感。和你在一起轻松惬意，很酷。
Dorcas: You are likeable, not unlikeable. With you everything is chill and cool.

Thomas: Und du bist warmherzig. Manche Kollegen sind kalt oder kühl, aber du nicht.
Thomas: 而你很热心。有些同事冷淡甚至冷酷，但你不会。
Thomas: And you are warm-hearted. Some colleagues are cold or chilly, but you are not.

Szene 6: Starke Emotionen

Dorcas: Heute war ich genervt, manchmal sogar empört.
Dorcas: 今天我很烦躁，有时甚至愤慨。
Dorcas: Today I was annoyed, sometimes even outraged.

Thomas: Ich war erschrocken, aber auch überrascht und ein bisschen verwirrt.
Thomas: 我被吓到了，但也很惊讶，还有点困惑。
Thomas: I was shocked, but also surprised and a little confused.

Szene 7: Meinungen und Bewertungen

Dorcas: Deine Erklärung war eindeutig, nicht unklar.
Dorcas: 你的解释很明确，不是含糊不清。
Dorcas: Your explanation was clear, not unclear.

Thomas: Für mich ist es egal, aber wichtig und dringend für die Arbeit.
Thomas: 对我来说无所谓，但对工作来说重要而紧急。
Thomas: For me it doesn’t matter, but it is important and urgent for work.

Dorcas: Dein Plan ist passend, nicht unpassend.
Dorcas: 你的计划很合适，不会不合适。
Dorcas: Your plan is suitable, not unsuitable.

Thomas: Richtig, nicht falsch. Es war super, toll, klasse, prima, genial, wunderbar und perfekt!
Thomas: 对的，不错。这太棒了，太好啦，太精彩了，美妙又完美！
Thomas: Right, not wrong. It was great, awesome, fantastic, excellent, brilliant, wonderful and perfect!

Dorcas: Okay, alles in Ordnung. Nicht schlecht, nicht furchtbar, nicht schrecklich, nicht miserabel.
Dorcas: 好的，一切没问题。不差，不糟糕，不可怕，不惨。
Dorcas: Okay, all right. Not bad, not terrible, not awful, not miserable.

Szene 8: Gefühle ausdrücken

Thomas: Ich mag deinen Stil, ich liebe deine Geduld, ich hasse Unehrlichkeit.
Thomas: 我喜欢你的风格，我热爱你的耐心，我讨厌不诚实。
Thomas: I like your style, I love your patience, I hate dishonesty.

Dorcas: Es gefällt mir, wenn du hilfsbereit bist. Es macht Spaß, mit dir zu lernen.
Dorcas: 我喜欢你乐于助人。和你一起学习很有趣。
Dorcas: I like it when you are helpful. It’s fun to learn with you.

Thomas: Ich finde, dass wir ein gutes Team sind. Ich denke, wir schaffen das.
Thomas: 我觉得我们是一个好团队。我认为我们能做到。
Thomas: I find that we are a good team. I think we can do it.

Dorcas: Meiner Meinung nach brauchen wir Geduld. Ich hoffe, dass alles klappt.
Dorcas: 依我看我们需要耐心。我希望一切顺利。
Dorcas: In my opinion we need patience. I hope everything works out.

Thomas: Ich befürchte nur, dass die Zeit knapp wird.
Thomas: 我只是担心时间会不够。
Thomas: I only fear that time will run short.
